I'm trying to remember the name of an Italian restaurant on the west side of 20th Street NW between Q St and Hillyer Place, just a couple of doors down from Zorba's and the Childe Harold. It was a popular, if expensive, spot in the '80s and '90s, and it's driving me crazy that I can't remember it. Driving by, you'd think it was on Connecticut Avenue, but it was actually 20th Street.

Also from that time period, an excellent Chinese restaurant on Nicholson Lane at Rockville Pike.

TIA.

Maybe someone on the "Old Time DC" Facebook site could tell you. Some of their members have excellent memories of old businesses.
