All, yesterday night I had the unfortunate situation of encountering a manhole in which someone had removed the cover. As my car drove over the manhole, you could imagine that it caused significant damage. How common is such a thing? Why do people feel compelled to these horrible acts of hooliganism? I am so done with this city.

Gotta watch the road instead of checking out the hot women on the street. Your car will thank you.

I saw a bus drive over an uncovered manhole two weeks ago on K street near McPherson Square. Nothing happened though. Bus kept going.

Wow that is really unfortunate. I never saw an uncovered manhole after like a billion miles driving. Did hear about temporary steel plates caving in though.

Of course pot holes are a whole nother story. God knows how many flat tires the DC government is responsible for.

Where was it?
