Woohoo!

DC Stands down on trying to stop Concealed Carry requests by requiring a good reason.

The good reason has always been "I have a Constitutional right to defend myself and protect my family!"

Next stop....Reciprocity with neighboring states!

Scalia died, but his evil deeds did not go with him. Sanity will ever be about the work of overturning his sorry legacy.

Outside organizations continue to treat DC like a plantation.

If you changed sexual assault from a felony to a $20 fine... wouldn't you expect sexual assault to increase?

Doesnt even matter. Any Washingtonian has been able to get a steady supply of guns from Virginia just like Chicagoians always have plenty of guns from Indiana.

Honestly, that made me more ashamed to be a Virginian than anything. 2/3 of guns found in NYC are from VA. 32 Hookies might be alive today if Virginia Republicans reported the known mentally ill shooter to the federal FBI database. 32 dead Virginians was worth subverting the federal government unfortunately.

I love how none of these trolls is from anywhere around here.

Honestly, I cannot believe it matters. DC has been awash with firearms for as long as I can remember.

I predict a "Bernard Goetz" incident sooner or later. Nothing much more.

legal carry is legal carry. That is about the dumbest comparison I've ever read. No felon will ever be allowed to legally carry.

You think victims can't fight back? Especially if they are legally carrying? I think people will think twice if their victim could possibly ventilate them.

Citizens of DC cannot purchase (non hunting) firearms in Virginia or another state without the purchase going through a DC-based FFL who will transfer the purchase and do the required background check.

Good grief, gun regulations might stand a decent chance if guys like you would properly educate yourselves on the laws.
