Stationed at Pentagon - Need advice (safe neighborhood, elementary school, price)

Hi, Everyone. I am being stationed at the Pentagon, and hope to move to a family friendly safe neighborhood with an exceptional elementary school.

I'm also hoping for a commute of no more than 30-35 minutes IF possible.

My budget is $3000 per month. We will need a 3 bedroom, pet friendly home.
