Me and Yeadon718 developed a friendship through city data and were friends on facebook. His brother from Ohio contacted me two days ago to let me know Yeadon718 was found unresponsive in an apartment he shared with someone in Queens. As many of you guys might know Yeadon718 is originally from DC and was a proud DC native.

It was sad hearing the news so I felt the need to let the fellow DC posters know of his passing since DC is where he is from, and where his family resides.

RIP Mike.

Thanks for passing the news along, as sad as it is. That's really a shame to hear. I didn't know him personally but I certainly saw his posts along the boards for years now. My thoughts go out to him and his family. As unfortunate as it is to read at least at times like these it does remind us that we are real people with real lives behind these words and keyboards. Most of us may never meet or know each other personally but our contributions, good, bad, fleeting, profound and everything in between, all form the mosaic of community that touches our lives. We're people and at least on this board, we regulars are mostly Washingtonians. All the best to Mike, wherever you are.
