Is there any other place to search for housing? I am looking for a townhouse/house - something with a small fenced yard preferably somewhere by UMD (soccer field). I have looked through craigslist but am looking for something else.

look in the local newspaper and they probably have a website too once you discover what the local paper is...also washingtonpost.com may have some areas near there listed.
if looking to buy, not rent...any realtor website.
