Cell phone/Internet service (relocating to, best, offer)

I am relocating to DC from overseas and have been looking at cell phone and internet providers. I would prefer to have these things bundled, but can't find any providers that do this without some kind of cable tv/satellite, which doesn't interest me. Can anyone recommend the best phone and internet providers? I don't need any special features, just reliable, basic service.

I think for Verizon you can pick any of the 4 options they offer (tv, phone, mobile, internet).
