I have a friend who rented kitchen space from a church. I don't know which one, but apparently a lot of them have commercial kitchens since they serve the public. The other option is to check with the Small Business Administration. I think she was able to get a list of leads through them. Depending on what you need it for, other options are restaurants that are closed on certain days of the week, sharing a space with someone, etc. Sorry I don't have any specifics, but I hope that's at least enough to get you going.

Hi there! .. I would suggest getting together with other food prop companies and see if you can get a co-op going to rent a restaurant that has been closed. We built a Creative Kitchen Works in Washington state (commercial kitchen in Renton) and have been asked to build more but this is what I suggest to most people that are just too far away to come to mine. You can also contact the local health dept, they may be able to give you a listing of kitchens that are listed in your area. You can also try your local Sr. center....

Best of luck
