Definitely check out the Maine Ave. fish market in SW. It is so good, and so cheap. Jimmy's is the place to go. The proprietor is handing out tons of free samples and constantly saying "We're cookin' live here at Jimmy's".

Catfish Sandwich or Fish Burger are the way to go. So good.
