Default Who Knows about Washington Highlangs besides me

Hey folks weclome back. I grew in the little area know as the Washington Highlands aka the "trash dump" of the city it is the poorest section of the city due to well the location of it 1.5 mile from eastover aka Glassmanor on the MD side. and 5 miles from boling air force base. and nothing inbetween. Thus creating a blackhole within itself I grew up the rough secton known as Condon Terrace. Which actually is a street and not the name of the nieghborhood. The nieghborhood is really called lol Wahington Highlands which has well used to have multiple aparntment complexes and home style apartments which are still there on yuma street all the way around xenia ave the apartments which are now torn down highland dwellings used to give the hood the reputation for being the meanest street in D.C. if you weren't from around there you needed an army to leave ther were apartments that surrounded the area which some still exist that place taught me alot mostly how to survive anything if you can survive the you can survie anywhere and that s coming from someone who up during the the "crack era" giving D.C. the murder capitol stigmata. Please give your feedback on this I know Im not the only person who knows about this

Well, I know about the area and had a friend that I dropped off there during the 80's "crack era" but can't say that I've lever spent any reasonable amount of time there.

Default Washington Highlands

As you already know, everything about DC is expensive and that goes for Washington Highlands. Yes, I have heard about WH , CondonTerrace....check out realtor.com and see condos listed in Marshall Heights and you get an idea...it's a mess.
