Default The Rhapsody

I'm looking into moving to DC shortly and am looking at places online. Does anyone know anything good/bad about The Rhapsody condominium building or the surrounding area? Its address is 2120 Vermont Ave. NW. Just curious what is within walking distance around the building and if it is fairly safe to walk late at night, etc. Thanks.

A couple blocks north of U Street, just west of Howard U Hospital. About two blocks from some of the best Ethiopian food this side of Ethiopia. The same or a couple more from a lot of the clubs, bars, and other nightspots along the U Street Corridor. 3-4 blocks from Metro. It's a pretty solid area at this point, but it has a background. There is enough of an urban edge that if by "late at night" you mean 3:00 am, I don't think I'd hit the streets then unless the building were on fire, but a lot of people might have higher tolerances than I do. If you pay attention and use normal urban street smarts, you shouldn't have any problems around there. Can't tell you about the immediate vicinity of that building, but there may be some here who can...
