In Maryland,
Southern PG County by Upper Marlboro
Southern Anne Arundel County (tons of horse farms, stables, etc)
Calvert County

In Virginia, there are quite a few as well. You should search this forum for horses or equestrian and you'll find a lot of posts.

In Virginia there are alot in Great Falls. In fact I saw a sign on Walker Road advertising stalls were available.
