Default Traffic Estimation (Capitol Hill to Greenbelt)

So tomorrow (and through Feb), I've got to commute from Capitol Hill to Greenbelt. My thinking is that it should be against the flow of traffic, so it shouldn't be too terrible, specifically the E. Capitol St. Bridge and 295 north in the morning and 295 south back the same in the afternoon.

Also, if I were to be commuting to Greenbelt from Silver Spring, what's the beltway like between the two? Which loop is more congested in the morning/afternoon?

The Capitol Hill to Greenbelt commute should be reasonable--you are correct in that you will be going against traffic. Greenbelt to Silver Spring is another matter -- either loop of the beltway is going to have it's bottlenecks.
