tedanderson is on a distinguished road
The rule of "having nothing to hide" applies when you are exchanging your personal information for someone else's trust. It does not apply to issues that are private and nobody else's business. The state of someone's personal business is restricted to "need-to-know" basis. Your doctor, your spouse, and maybe your close family members have a right to know. But that is not something that should be kept on file with my local DMV. To have manditory testing would facilitate the presumption that you are infected unless determined otherwise.

They went further and said, "Also, let's make a virus that will selectively destroy the B-cell system." And they wrote down, in Volume 47, page 257, 1972 Bulletin of the World Health Organization, and said why they wanted to make these agents. They said, "We can use these agents to produce certain kinds of cancers and leukemias. It will allow us to make these diseases, it will allow us also to make what we call dissolving diseases," which is part two of that same request for production. So, in 1972, a group of virologists said, "Let's make AIDS."

In the United States however, there is no excuse in my opinion. HIV/AIDS-related rape is likely a rarity, and unfortunately, doesn't grab the public's attention beyond pulling on heart-strings. That leaves derelict behavior to be the prime spreading of the disease. The key, to me, is personal responsibility. You reap what you sow. I speed, I get a speeding ticket. I eat Big Mac's daily, I get fat. I have unprotected sex or use dirty needles, I get AIDS. It's time for American's to take responsibility for their actions. Funding for a cure is certainly a start, but wouldn't it be alot easier if people could gain a little control of themselves?

If I may interject, I see what you are saying but for the amount of people who have Aids that would imply that we have a mass amout of people who live like animals and sleep around like porn actors and that's simply not true.

I chose to get my info from outside resources since the Center of Disease Control has a history of conducting medial experiments on civilian population and denying there actions...

So my research has concluded that:

1. Aids was created in a lab from mixing some type of sheep and cattle virus.

2. Aids is covert way to kill a large group of people.

3. Aids is not prevented by the use of condoms.

4. In order to have such a large amount of people to be infected with AIDS there had to have been a mass inoculation.
Let's just take Bayer they dumped AIDS tainted medication into the general public!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

No2. is the worse thing we have going for us because its a quiet death and the rest of the civilian population just shrugs there shoulders as if nothing has happened. So you can see, if you are targeting a group of people from a military standpoint its more strategic to eliminate people this way then going in with guns blazing. At the end of the day, however, this is a serious issue as the Aids virus has the ability to wipe out mankind.
