Shran29 is on a distinguished road
Default Maryland or DC

Hi

I am relocating with my wife and kids in the fall ill start attending Georgetown univeristy (but I am ready to trade the distance from the university within reason for lower rent price )
Which of the neighborhoods in DC / Maryland in the DC vicinity is considered as a nice one for families (quiet, safe boring with playgrounds and parks) and what is considered a reasonable rent price for 2 bedrooms apartment in those ?

Thanks

Rani

Out of curiosity, why don't you want Virginia? You can practically walk from Rosslyn but Georgetown runs a shuttle so you don't have to. You could also look in Clarendon or Ballston (similar deal, take the metro to Rosslyn and hop on the shuttle (it also does an "Arlington Loop", but I don't know the route. You can call them and ask).
