Question Accomodation for 16 days in DC (condos/apartment etc)

Hi

My son will be attending a short course in July at GWU (foggy bottoms) and I (along with my son) intend to reside in some near by area (within half an hour traveling distance by Metro).

We prefer having some apartment (independent/shared) which has the required furniture along with kitchen with all the required amenities in addition to ready to use high speed internet for this period.

Can any of you please help us with some useful clues as where can we start looking for such accommodation and what would be approximate budget?

Thanks for your time and interest in this thread of mine.

Craigslist short term rentals will be your best bet, unless you want to pay out the nose for 'corporate apartments'. Washington Post has a section for corporate rentals, but Craigslist will likely be easier.
