Moving Container Permits (DMV, parking, building)

Hey,
So I am moving from California to DC, and I apparently need to get a public space use permit (is that right?) to have the container unloaded in the parking spot(s) infront of the building.

Can anyone help? I have the form from the "ddot.dc.gov/permitapplication" website, but very little on it seems relevant and I can't find any information on how to fill it out.

I actually went to the DMV and filled out a much different form. But, since I had moved to Silver Spring, MD I was at the wrong place. I didn't need one for my house. You should try giving them a call.
