Default Biltmore & 19th St. in Kalorama Triangle

I'm looking at a condo in this area. Good place to live? Any kids around?

thanks!

That's bordering Adams-Morgan. You'll find a few families with kids there, but not many.

As someone who is younger, married and with no children, I think that's an awesome area to be in. But that's just me.

I used to live on Biltmore - it has to be one of the prettiest streets in DC. Great location. There's a park on Columbia Road and Kalorama St. where kids play (mostly toddlers).
