Question Best apartment?

I am looking for a 1-bdrm apartment in DC. I am willing to pay around $3,000 for the rent. Any building suggestion is highly appreciated.
thanks

You can afford to be pretty picky at $3000 a month, and there are lots of very nice addresses in that price range. Did you have an area or neighborhood in mind?

if you can aford $3,000 I'd try the Kennedy Warren building on connecticut - great location next to zoo and easy walk to woodly or clevland park, great ammenities - but expensive!

The Kennedy Warren is good choice in apartments. The neighborhood is quite nice in terms of living without checking your back every minute.

The neighborhood is nice and lined with mature trees and is easily navigated for gyms, grocery shops, pharmacies, and that god awful Blockbuster!

If you're looking to save some money and don't mind living near Chinatown then you might want to consider renting a place at Avalon or even buying a place.
