Washington International School
Hello. You may also want to look at the Washington International School. There is a French immersion program. It is quite pricey, but I loved it for my daughter. We moved on to a public program in Montgomery County because of costs, but I highly recommend WIS. Good luck!

Probably too small, but Woodward building is so close to the Whitehouse! I can't afford it. They do have your price range, but might not be 1400 sq ft. I live near Logan Circle, and it's more residential feel to it.
