DOT fitness center (cost, offices, clothes)

I'll be starting work at DOT HQ soon and am interested in what the fitness center there is like. Plenty of locker space for those who want to leave clothes there? Insanely busy before work? Monthly cost? Any other information that might be helpful?

I work at the DOT but have never used the fitness center nor been in it. I believe the cost is pretty cheap, and I don't believe it is insanely crowded or anything like that. Many people who use the center use it at lunchtime. The people in my office who use it appear to bring their clothes with them to work or leave their clothes in their offices.
