Relocating to Washington and will need to commute 45 mins or less to Seattle/Tacoma area. I have nine horses, need three stalls. Need a 3 bdr 2 bath and good schools....hah! I feel like we are asking too much!
I'll relocate in six months or less, we are Military and need to be near Fort Lewis...
Anyone have ideas or how to find rentals?

I just checked a major real estate website (that can't be named on this forum) and didn't find anything. However, there are horse properties that have been for sale for a long time. Maybe some seller would be willing to rent instead, since the market is so slow. (Oops - I checked too far north. It's worth checking. I sent you a dm.)

Thank you for checking, I have been looking on craigslist....and some places arent selling. I'll keep an eye out!
