I'm looking to move back out west, but need a not too hot not too cold low humdity type climate for health reasons.
I'd like to have just a couple of three acres for a horse or two and was wondering if anyone knows the zoning laws for horses in WA and does it vary by county ect. I currently live in GA and we have so many laws and it vairies by county and it's more who you know vs what is right. i.e. I have 10 acres right now with a fair amount of road frontage and I'm zoned for large ag. I can't build a horse barn but I can put up a chicken barn or hog barn...now go figure. I had looked at New Mexico and love their equine laws but I have some real concerns about the out breaks of bubonic plauge and Hantavirus. Thanks every one in advance for your reply. |
