I have been living in Arizona for the past 3 years with my family. We are tired of the imprisoning heat, so it is time for a change. I have looked all over the internet for rental homes or apartments. I am not finding much if anything. I have not been to that part of Washington, but I would think that there would be something to rent. We cannot buy a home yet, and would not want to in a place that we are not familure with anyway. Is there another way to find rentals. We plan on moving in 6 to 12 month fom now. I would love any suggestions.

You can check out the classifieds online -
:: Peninsula Daily News :: or Sequim Gazette - Home I was looking for a place in Sequim and ended up with a vacation rental (for 3 months). You might have an easier time as you'll be looking for a place with a lease most likely. You will probably have to look closer to the time when you are moving, as I found that even though I was looking for September, a lot of what is in there is available now. If you contact rental agencies (a lot have ads in those papers), then you might be able to start looking now. Good luck! Sarah |

There's also a Landmark Property Management in Sequim (they're not connected to the Port Angeles one) and the people are very nice. In Port Townsend, go to Townsend Bay Property Management, they have a good variety of rentals. Good luck!

Any real estate agent should be able to give you a referral to a property management service that can help find rentals. One to try is Port Townsend real estate IS Carol and Anne. We have ALL the listings for houses for sale, land, waterfront, mobile and manufactured homes, and waterfront.
Good luck! |

Darned advertising rules! My family just happens to be renting out a beachfront home smack dab between Port Angeles and Port Townsend. But I will respect the decree. I'm sure you'll see it on the Craigslist listings.
It's the nice one. ![]() I think the links you received otherwise are good. Landmark is a major force in the area, and is what we have used in the past. I'd consider also looking at the Sequim area if you're looking at Port Townsend and Port Angeles. |
