Default Kalama, Want to know more about.

Hi, I would like to know more about Kalama. We are considering moving to that area. Is it a friendly downhome sort of place or larger? People friendly? Also if anyone knows anything about Kalama Baptist Church in specific. I am familiar with the basic climate as we live in WA now. Just interested in specifics of Kalama. MossyToes

Kalama is a nice small town with a historic past. It is located near the cities of Longview and only a hour from Portland, OR.

There are plenty of great recreational opportunities nearby including Mt. St. Helens.

Kalama is located just off the major north south freeway. If you want any additional information, just ask

We're considering a move there too.

What's the air quality like? Are there possible issues with the chemical plant?

How often does the sun shine?

TIA!
