Save yourself the headache and disappointment... do not move to Longview. I am temporarily in Castle Rock (just moved from Mississippi) and I am relocating to Olympia just as soon as I can afford to! Meth, STD's, teen pregnancy, and unemployment are all HUGE problems here... Plus, its run down. Not a pretty city AT ALL...

Granted Longview isnt for every one but no matter what town you live in youll have some type of crime the key is find the town that suits your needs & that you would be happy in me & my family will be relocateing to Longview from Iowa & looking forwerd to liveing the I have family that lives in Longview as well in Rainier Oregon upon arivel we will be looking for a place to rent so if any one knows of any good places to rent please let me know

israel5959 yes it is a good move there are alot of jobs in portland & kelso his a great place to live/me and my family will be moveing to longview from iowa in aug I have family that lives there & thay live in long view & kelso area for a long time and thay love it there
