Does anyone know of any listings like this? I am tying to sell my house and want to know if there are any "wanted" listings for this purpose. Thanks!

I don't know of any, have you tried craigslist? Your Realtor should be doing all the marketing for you, so you probably don't have to do this anyway (?)

I have tried craigslist. I just recently posted there. We are selling by owner and am looking for all avenues to explore. Thanks!

You can do a flat fee and get on the MLS, it's between $300 and $600 depending on the company, you can also use low cost real estate agents, I sold all of my homes on craigs list. I also recommend making up a very nice flyer and give to all of the realtors offices, offering to pay the commission of the realtor who brings you a buyer, I'd recommend offer 4% to a buyers agent, appeal to their business instincts.
Good luck, FSBO in this market is going to be tough.

Your house is probably one of your biggest investments. Put its sale in the hands of a professional. I know trying to save money is a big motivator, and you probably think Realtors get too much in commissions, but if you think paying for a professional is too much, wait until you have to pay for amateur results. NAR statistics show that on average "For Sale By Owner" sales transact at 15% lower than Realtor transactions. Rather than paying a buyers agent 4%, list it with a full service Realtor for for just a little bit more than that and you're protected and your interests are looked out for. Especially in times when it's a buyers' market, your property needs to be presented and marketed exceptionally well if it is to sell for top dollar.
That's just my two cents. I do wish you success in the sale of your house.

Thank you so very much for all of your advice. My sister is an agent and is going to walk us through the selling process, so it will be like having an agent, but not paying all the fees. Does anyone know where to find a listing of people looking for homes?

There isn't really a list for buyers looking for homes. On Craigslist, there's a Real Estate Wanted section under housing but most of those people are looking for rentals. It would make it so much easier if there were a place for buyers to say what they're looking for and try to "reverse" the process!
Regarding your sister, I just recently went through the same thing with my sister in Florida who was helping her boyfriend sell his house there without an agent. I gave her as much advice as I could and they ended up selling to one of his relatives anyway, so it was all in the family. Worked out great!

There are some "for sale by owner" websites. I saw an ad at Lowes recently that if you buy one of their "for sale by owner" yard signs, it comes with a free online ad with a "for sale by owner" website.

If you don't cut your own hair, and hire a professional to do that then why would you think you could sell your own home? There are so many pitfalls, you cannot even begin to know all the downfalls of representing yourself. Some have been mentioned above, there are many more.
