Default Eastern or Central Washington... do we have a match?

Do any residents of Eastern or Central Washington know of an area that would match up well with the following preferences? I’ll be very direct and lay it all out simply.

Important points of consideration:

* Lack of illegal aliens

* Government that is liberty loving and non-invasive (respects self-defense, 2nd amendment rights, will not limit number of dogs)

* Populace that has a large majority of white folks

* Low rainfall measurements, lack of heavy snows, fairly mild summer

* Availability of lots with 1 acre or more of land (either with a home or suitable for building)

* Grocery stores and a hospital within short distance

Thanks in advance to anyone who can offer possible matches. Travel plans being made currently and a number of areas in Washington are under consideration.

Colville/Stevens County or points in between down to Spokane.

Getting close to the "fairly mild summer" may be difficult, but the further north you go, obviously the more mild it gets (tradeoff between snow and heat).

You find everything except, the weather you are looking for, in Northern Idaho. If you want warm and sunny - try Southern Idaho. Washington State is very restrictive on their animal ownership laws because we are all tree hugging, green minded, animal loving, hippies around these parts. Our gun laws go something like "if your pitbull is in my yard, I will shot it."
Even in Eastern Washington, where people can be a bit racist - we have illegal aliens. We also have a high crime rate.
However, the White Supremacy groups have done very well and so have the NRA in Northern Idaho. If you want something that is more Conservative Republican in values and less trigger happy - with very little snow compared to us - Southern Idaho by Boise is not too bad. Housing is cheap and so is land in those parts.

Sorry but you don't know what you are talking about. There may have been a little bit of truth in what I quoted from your post if you had said this 15 years ago !
