Default Opinions on best location for my plans

Im looking to buy 100 acres give or take some and build a new house on it over the next year. I wanted to find a vastly nature filled area that has low crime and amazing views. Also somehwere that has snowy winters sunny summers but also rains a lot during spring-fall. What would you guys suggest.

Pend Oreille or Stevens County come to mind....not very populated and you'd get your weather requirements for the most part.

Yes, it would fit most requirements, but I don't happen to think the views there
are at all amazing. Lots of dry grass. Try closer to Cle Elum, even Thorp.

Also try the Methow Valley, more affordable for acreage.
