Default Wet & Arthritis

Well, bitter cold weather is not bad for arthritis. I lived in the Snow Belt for almost ten years before returning here a second time. My knee was NOT doing well there.

My arthritis has NOT been as bad here, tho. But the dampness here could cause more aches & pains, I guess.

Those Thermacare wraps seem to help!

Anywhere there is wet weather, your arthritis will be a lot worse, the baremetic pressure plays a huge roll in arthritis pain. and in w. washington there is no getting around it.
Lots of sunshine is the key. my husband and i are going to retire on the east side of the mts. Due to me and arthritis. plus we hate the cloudy gloomy days all the time.
good luck with the arthritis. i can relate.
