Hello We are from South Florida, and plan on moving to Vancouver, this spring or summer. Can you give suggestions on what to look for in homes, pitfalls that being from Fl. we won't know about? Any areas to stay away from? My husband is a Machinest and will be looking for work, I am disabled. We don't need a large home, 2 bedrooms, but we don't want to live in our neighbors yard. Are taxes better in Wa. then Or.? So many questions, I found this site by mistake, but it is a great one to get info. Thanks to all who respond.
