Default thinking of moving to ocean park, wash.

Thinking of moving to Ocean Park, WA because of a possible business opportunity. I currently live in vaughn washington which is very isolated and i,m sure ocean park is to. Do you get alot of visitors in the summmer months ? Do you get any kind of internet service like dsl or cable in the area, this is important. thanks harry

I think Ocean Park is a lot more isolated than Vaughn... this might help:
Relocate

Good luck!

My grandfather used to live in Ocean Park - and we visited there every summer until this one. We no longer live in the state.

I don't remember there being any wireless or internet at all, in Ocean Park. And cell service is spotty, at best. You can get satellite though.

Down the road a bit, in Long Beach, there will be more amenities and wifi, cell service, etc - but it's also more traveled (packed) in the summer time.

Ocean Park does get it's share of visitors - but not as much as Long Beach.

If you live bay side, it's even more quiet.

Default Internet service is here

We live in the Ocean Park area and have DSL through Century Tel and it works well.

Yes -- summers there are lots of visitors -- but most are in the Long Beach area and don't bother to drive north to Ocean Park -- except for when Ocean Park has some festivals and the Rod Run in early September.

We love it here.
