Default New Age community in Langley?

I received some area information from a realtor in Port Townsend. She listed information on a number of towns on the Olympic Peninsula and Puget Sound region. She mentioned that Langley, on Whidbey Island, is "home to a large and growing New Age community", but I can't seem to find any information about this aspect of the town anywhere online. Does anyone have an info about this?

I just moved from South Whidbey (where Langley is) and nothing about the south end has the word HUGE in it. It is a very rural area, with mostly retirees. But, Langley is a gorgeous little town, with artistic displays and people throughout. A lot of 'tree huggers', would that be considered new age? It is one of the most beautiful places in the world, when it is sunny. The people are fantastic, the views devine. An excellent place to visit.

Thanks AlwaysSmiling, I'll keep it on my "look-see" list. The websites I've visited about Langley offer good info too, just nothing about the New Age community she spoke of.
