I'm in south Lake Stevens too. I'm in my mid 20's with 2 kids. I've lived here my whole life (Snohomish before Lake Stevens) and I still don't have all that many friends.
I *think* that La Hacienda is supposed to be fun, they have karoke there some nights. Also, on the north side of the lake is BC McDonalds. And then there's Razzles, but I've never been in there, it might have a bit of a younger crowd..but if you're in your early 20's it would have to be about your age since it's a bar. There's isn't really anything to do here in Lake Stevens that isn't a bar I guess. Have you tried searching meetup.com for any groups around here that might interest you? Also, like someone else mentioned, most churches have young marrieds group. I know Snohomish Community Church does, my parents have friends that go there.
