Question Whatcom County? or Custer area?

There is an area near the Vancouver Border perhaps 20 miles south of it in Washington. What are the costs of the houses there? How is the traffic? Is it still very rural there as I remember lots of trees and single family homes with the closest neighbor perhaps 2 to 3 blocks away but you can't see them because of the trees.

It's rural and railroad tracks run through the area. There isn't much there. You can search on the City-Data main page for home values.
