Default Ponderosa Park (Goldendale)?

Could someone kindly give me information about Ponderosa Park? Is it a suburb of Goldendale, Washington or an unincorporated town? Some of the real estate ads state that there are five acre plots for sale with power and community water source. I am interested in buying a small plot that I can easily have a modular home built on. I have already selected the design of the home but am needing land for retirement living next year. I am looking for a place that is not too wet (rain, do not mind little snow). Also property taxes are not so high. Within two or three hour drive from Portland (grandchild lives near Portland). Driving range to rivers or lakes with good trout fishing.
