I'd say either Chelan County (Leavenworth, Plain, Peshastin, etc) or Snohomish County for those features. Snohomish will closer to a population center though.

Snohomish is a nice town, but you have to run the gauntlet every day (Hwy 2). I hear they may be dealing with Hwy 2 in the near future though. If it's like the rest of WW, however, it will happen really slow. The traffic in that county is getting miserable (like the rest of Western WA) too. It is a nice place though.

Thumbs up Self-Train Service Dogs

I would like to know what people think of all the handicap people out there self-training their own dog to be a service dog. I think some people should never be able to self-train they just can't do the job right.

Cool Self-Train Service Dogs

To many fake service dog live in Kitsap County, Wa people just want to take their pet dog with them. It time people learn its not nice for fake service dogs to be out in public it makes it hard on people that have real true service dog.
