His jobsites are all over, from Everett to South Seattle, so location isnt a big deal, we are mostly concerned with the schools.

Default Nea1

From the list you provided on your first post.....IMO...the BEST one would be Issaquah.
Other than that......IF locations are not so important regarding your work......the Bellingham area is very nice too.
Used to live in the Denver area myself........HAD to escape that area!
NEVER want to see that town again, either.
Avoid Tacoma.....IMO.
Good luck.

$1800 a month could be your mortgage here.
I have lived in this area my entire life. Here are my opinions on these areas:

Snohomish ( town): Good town, hard to get to.. You have 1 main freeway into the city, its always busy and if a wreck happens you could be on it for hours.

Monroe: same as above, busier town though, Has the county Fair there.
Marysville:Busy traffic getting there on the freeway I5. But nice town all in all.
Bellevue: Rich- snooty attitude town. Good pay for jobs, expensive.
Everett: Huge community ( this is where I live) Good attitudes, diverse people, a ton of entertainment, a smaller seattle.
Issaquah: Out of the area, good town but expensive.
Edmonds: Small town growing, older community, not the cheapest.
Lynnwood: I like it, the cops are harsh, diverse area, lower cost housing.

I'd add Maple Valley to the list. Great school district with low crime rate, and somewhat less expensive housing. Of the places you mentioned, Issaquah and Bellevue have the best schools....and, a little secret:
Parts of Renton are in the Issaquah district, and parts of Renton are in the Maple Valley (AKA the Tahoma school district)...unfortunately, parts of Renton are in the Renton school district, but if you're in Renton but not in the Renton district, you'll be in a nice, pretty area with good schools and lower housing costs.
