Default Anyone lives/lived in University Place?

First I will ask you to bear with me if you have already been reading one too many of my spider posts.

Could you please tell me what kind of spiders I can expect to see in my house? Do they suddenly appear in bathtubs? How big can they get? Have you ever encountered the Hobo or giant house spider or black widow? If so, in what kind of settings? (PS: I have no problem with daddy long legs or tiny house spiders.) Please, I implore you, do not post a fake reply here, just to scare me.

We are considering renting an apartment possibly Sunset View, Colonial Park or StonePointe. Any experience/views on any of these apartments? Not just in terms of spiders but other things too...like the community, the management, etc. We checked out Sunset Primary school and liked the vibes we got there.

What about later, when we decide to buy a home/condo there? Your views?

Thanks so much!
