Looking for a roommate in a adult park 50 or above
I am in need of a new roommate my other one is leaving me and I can not afford my place by myself right now. Have a room and your own bathroom as to love cats and a very silly small dog named max. The draw back is that you have to 50 or above to live here male or female can respond back to me. I am a 50 yr old female very outgoing hard worker personality,I need a trustworthy person that can go thru a background check ok in the park. It is a trailer older one that as two bedrooms two baths own washing room inside living room dinning room kitchen and yard, the room can be furnished or unfurnished the utilities are paid for and food. There is a phone tv and cable hookup in the room already. You will have the room closer to the living room and I am at the other end is my room. It is pretty quiet area and no problems around here. It is close to colleges doctors grocery's stores malls buses freeways I need someone know 12/17/2007 the room is ready for someone the rent is 645.00 a month but can be negotiable on it not in stone, serious ones please only no outside the country on your cute scams either. I live in vancouver washington the east side area on fourth plain blvd area thank you Bobbie
