Question Everett North Creek Apartments??

Hi Everyone,

I am in search of an apartment to move into next month. I have found an apartment complex in Everett called North Creek Apartments. Does anyone have any info or advice on these apartments and the neighborhood?

Thanks!
Leslie

I've not had an issue living here for 6 months. Two bedroom, two bath apartments for a reasonable rent, in a really quiet setting....I can't complain.

It's literally five minutes from exit 189 on the I5.

Anything else you want to know, mail me.

Hii,

I'll be moving to everett in the first week of jan and i'm strongly considering North Creek apts. Would you be kind enough to tell me if the parking lots are well lit and if you feel absolutely safe inside the apt complex?

Do you know or have you heard of any incidents in this apt complex?

Thank you in advance. Happy Holidays!!!!!

Default Might be too late, but...

Do not ever consider moving to North Creek Apartments. We have been living here since November of 07 and have had NOTHING but problems. Our car was stolen in December, and broken into again two weeks later. This was right in front of our apartment window. Three other people we know that live or have lived here have gotten their cars broken into or stolen. The police are always hanging around here, and it seems like every week or so they're searching around with one of their spotlights for someone or other. The parking lots are not well lit at night, and while North Creek employs Horizon Security to do an occasional sweep of the area, they are not around nearly often enough (obviously, if everyone's car is getting stolen).

Aside from the crime, there is the management and staff to worry about. Three out of four of the people I've met that worked here are incredibly rude and unhelpful. I hope, if you ever move here, that you never have any questions for the office staff, because if you drop in to ask one, they treat you with the utmost disdain and annoyance.

North Creek is a pet - friendly complex, which is fine with me. I have a cat and dog myself. However, Northcreek's residents find it extremely hard to pick up after their animals, or in the case of cats, to restrain them from running all over the road. We have been dealing with issues with our downstairs neighbor for some time (they are also drug dealers. Yay!). They let their dog out to the grassy around their patio (below our deck) and neglect to pick up after it. This results in the savory experience of being attacked by stale dog poop smells anytime we open the window or screen door on that side.

Oh, and don't get me started on the repairs. Don't get me thinking about the two toilets in my house that have been leaking for four months, or the garbage disposal which doesn't work properly, or the ancient dishwasher and washer/dryer units. Oh, and the heating in one room doesn't work. Neither do the ceiling fans. And there's several window screens missing. (All this despite calls and pleas and letters to the office/maintenance)

The only nice thing about North Creek is they have an exercise room. Whee....

Good luck. Don't live at North Creek
