I was considering a vacation to Snohomish, since I have a friend from there. Can anyone tell me more about what the area is like and what some attractions around there are?

The town of Snohomish is a great place to explore for such a small town.
The town is probably most know for its antique malls. There are art galleries, arts and crafts shops, and a nice farmer's market, too. Here's a list of things to do from their chamber of commerce. |

Do you mean the city of Snohomish, or the county of Snohomish?
Also, if you provide some specific information about what types of sights or activities you're interested in, we could provide some specific information. Here is the official site for the City of Snohomish: http://www.ci.snohomish.wa.us/ This is the official site for the Snohomish County: http://www1.co.snohomish.wa.us/ This is the TripAdvisor.com page for the city of Snohomish and environs, which, like all of TripAdvisor, provides a wealth of information: http://www.tripadvisor.com/Tourism-g...Vacations.html This is the link for the official Snohomish County Tourism Board: http://www.snohomish.org/ And once you narrow down your ideas, here's the link to all of the State Parks in Washington: http://www.parks.wa.gov/alpha.asp |
