I know this is not the most exciting question, but I have been offered two rooms to stay in some person's house in Lynnwood over the Christmas Holidays, via Craigslist. Everything sounds fine except the guy doesn't have any pictures to show me, and I don't have a clue as to what I am getting myself into.
If someone lives near the 19000 block of 75th Avenue West in Lynnwood, can you please let me know about what kind of neighborhood this is exactly, and if some of the houses look run down or not? I would appreciate it very much! ![]() |

Nothing spectacular about the neighborhood. There are three homes on this block, average sq. ft. is around 1800 to 2000 sq. ft. The homes are valued lower than the nicer areas, but is in a range that would indicate that the homes are nice.
If you have the address of the home, you can get a picture of it on the snohomish county assessors web site w ww.1.co.snohomish.wa.us/departments/assessor go to the assessor services link on the left. Find and select the property information search link in the center Put in the address of the home under the "real property only" section. (just put in 75 for the street, not the "th" or the ave or anything else). once found, select "view parcel data" 1/2 way down this screen find the "property structures" section. click the structure data link. This will give you a photo of the home Check out the value of the home size, all that the site has to offer. My humble opinion... be smart, be wary, especially if you are staying there alone. |
