deseraep is on a distinguished road
Pros- Pretty in some places, R.A. Long in Longview had some great teachers [also some that slept w/ students-see cons], decent sized town

Cons-meth is BIG problem, there's been like 3 teachers caught w/ students in the past year, teen partying is abundant (although the city tries offer alt.), gross/"ghetto"
