Hello Everyone,

*I should say, Looking at moving to Pullman, not New to Pullman...

I was just wanting to get a run down of Pullman Washington. Currently, I am looking to go to college at WSU all the while working of course. I am not familiar with the area at all and currently live on the coastal side of Washington.
As for the airport, does anyone know besides the lift life medical company (If I am not mistaken as to their name) that deals with helicopters. I am a current student flying helicopters and should have a CFI by the time I head out that way; concurrently, how is the flight school that is out there for fixed wing?
As for entertainment, how is the night life and recreational events? It seems to me like the area has a nice homey feel to it, so I am hoping it isnt as tame or domesticated as that sounds. If I am mistaken please let me know.
I believe lastly, is there a VA hospital in the area, or near to? And is there a lot of veterans in the area? As I soon shall be.

Thanks everyone.

It's an interesting town, positives and negatives. The nearest VA hospital is in Spokane, I think.

What kind of nightlife are you looking for? Most of it happens at the bars here in town or at nearby Moscow, ID. The demographics are very weird. Huge number of 18-22 year old's, then it kinda falls off a cliff until you hit the 50+ demo.

No idea about the helicopter thing. The flight school is very good, my brother-in-law came up from Clarkston to get his license.

One good thing about Pullman is all the dirt roads in the state will take you there. So you don't have to worry about getting lost.
