Honda CRV
Dodge Minivan (complete with stick figure family decal)
10 year old+ Ford F150 with burnt out third brake light
Make or model of car unimportant, but car must be black, gray or white and driven without headlights or taillights either at night or on a very dark, rainy day. (sorry, but those stupid daytime running lights don't cut it.)

Disclaimer: I own a black Corolla and a red Forester. And yes, I'm the one driving like a freakin' maniac.

Drove back from Seattle to The Tri this morning. Took I-90 to Vantage, then the back door Hwy 243/240 into Richland. (the fastest and best route from Seattle to The Tri-Cities). Must have lucked out because traffic was relatively light the entire route, reminded me of traffic 25-30 years ago, free and easy. Of course, we are in off-season right now and that is certainly part of my driving success in WA today!

It's not getting any better. In December I helped my GF's bestie negotiate a good deal on a leftover brand new 2017 Accord. Saturday some un-insured backed out into the side of it while she was driving by and messed it up pretty bad. Drivers side rear door and rear quarter is pushed in, rear wheel is messed up and out of alignment, and the impact hurt her moderately as well. The seam between the door and rear quarter is also pushed in, this is part of the uni-body frame and will have to be banged out and bondo smooth or cut out and replaced. It won't be a new car anymore. It's only got 2800 miles on it. This is the 3rd friend/relative I've had hit by an un-insured in this many years. Great job enforcing your mandatory insurance laws, state of Washington!

Well it's confirmed with my insurance company. Monthly insurance coverage increased 19% with my clean record, due to our area being a high risk driving area as well as being "litigious" as far as injury claims and compensation. Ugh.

I need one of these for my daily here:

I used to live up there...Apparently Washingtonians also don't like slow drivers gawking at the scenery even though he/she can easily pass to get around....The guy literally flipped us off and acted all crazy in his car like he was on some kind of hyperactive meds.

Washington is a mix of old-timers and new-comers and it isn't usually pretty. However, I will defend most native drivers who have caught on to the new normal. Yeah, there are some oldtime Volvo or VW drivers that don't understand how to merge at freeway speed. My advice is to just ignore them and speed past them, and perhaps they will learn the lesson, but maybe not. The last thing to do is to slow for them, it just encourages their bad freeway behavior, and creates slowdowns behind you. But for perspective, this seems to only happen in certain areas, I-5 from Roanoke and I-5 from NE 45th. Most other freeways have matured to offer better merging practices and there may be hope for professional freeway merging and driving. The acclerator is there for a reason.
