A little off topic but trash in the Hospital parking lot where I work is a daily occurrence...
I have witnessed people simply pull into the lot and eat fast food and toss everything when they are done... or clean out cars/ashtrays, used pampers, q-tips, liquor bottles, floss, condoms... plus the heavy duty dumpers at night of garbage bags, furniture and motor oil...
I have thought what would it be like to live somewhere where people are not pigs... sorry to be so blunt but it takes very little effort to not spoil the land...
