Rental agencies In Snohomish County (Lynnwood: real estate market, apartments, homes)

Hey there

I am looking for rental agencies that rent out homes in the Snohomish county area. My husband currently works in Lynnwood and with the bad real estate market we are still in the process of trying to sell our home so we can move. We are unsure to if we want to buy right away or just rent for a few months. So I would like to get a head start on what they have in the area rental wise. I looked at craigslist but just leery since so many scams have been going on, so I would like to look at reputable rental agencies. We are not looking for apts we are looking for single family homes or even town homes would be possibity.
