RENT FIRST!!! You won't believe how different even the areas within out towns can be. Olympia alone has many "micro cultures" that can't be ignored! Careful in Rochester with schools (money is an issue because of levies) and flood zones. The future will show the Olympia population moving south toward Rochester on the Interstate 5 corridor....but land there and hold it!
