Default Average utility bills in Everett

Well we've finally sold our home here in Fl !!!!! Heading to Everett on June 26th. Could anyone please give me an idea as to what the bills would be for water and electric for a 3 bdrm 1500.sq ft home in Everett would be??
How about cable??

I live in Mukilteo in a 3 story 2bed/2.5 ba townhouse


Water - $107 every 2 months
Electricty - $65/month
Gas - $45 summer $87 winter
garbage - $42 every 2 months
Mukilteo Water district (huh?) - $16.45/mo

Hi Daytripper-

I just recieved this info from a friend in the area-

"Trash-$55 every 4 months
Electricity-$60 a month, billed every 2 months for $120
Water every other month: approx $50 a month-for a bill $95-100
Gas billed monthly: Jun07-May08 averaged $78...with highest of 142 one month in the winter, and lowest of 34

Trash, electric and water stayed pretty consistent. The gas will vary the most since it is the heating source. A lot will be determined by your preference of inside temps as well as habits for turning lights on and off, and use of water (gas water heater). I had basically 3 adults at the house most of the year. My son took about 20 min showers on a regular basis, and ------- would often leave a few lights on all night long. I also had a 6 person hot tub that I ran regularly and kept at 103 degrees. We drained and filled it every 3-4 months.

Not knowing how utilities are being affected by fuel costs these days you may want to add $10 to each. "

thanks for the info. We arrived on the 4th of July and have been working on our house. (It has been rented for 12 years) the damage was amazing!!!
We do a little every day. Hopefully we'll have it livable and back to it's former
self by winter. Every Sunday we take off and explore. It is beautiful here.
Anyone ever gone to Deception Pass on the island?

unfortunatly this happens alot. We have 5 other rentals that we left with a friend to manage down in Fl. All we can do at this point is keep our fingers crossed until we are able to sell them. Most renters will never take care of a property as well as the owner. It's just a fact of life.
